These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by PureWash LLC. By booking, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

PureWash LLC provides professional exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and related maintenance services as described on our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials. Service availability may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and property accessibility.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We kindly request that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Missed appointments, inaccessible properties, or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at PureWash LLC’s discretion. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule services to ensure the safety of both our team and your property.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for services will be provided before work begins and may vary based on property size, condition, accessibility, scope of work, or additional requested services.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and debit cards. Membership plans and recurring maintenance services may be billed according to the agreed schedule.

PureWash LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the property or scope of work differs significantly from the original estimate.

4. Membership Plans

PureWash LLC may offer recurring service plans, including monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual maintenance options. Membership benefits may include complimentary screen cleaning, interior mirror cleaning, priority scheduling, and our seven-day rain guarantee depending on the selected plan.

Membership pricing, benefits, and availability are subject to change at any time. Customers enrolled in recurring services may cancel their membership with reasonable advance notice prior to their next scheduled service.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property during the scheduled service appointment. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, unlocking access points, and identifying any hazards that may affect service.

Customers must notify PureWash LLC in advance of any fragile materials, damaged surfaces, loose screens, pre-existing property issues, or areas requiring special care.

6. Weather & Rain Guarantee

PureWash LLC offers a seven-day rain guarantee for applicable window cleaning services. If rain directly impacts the quality of recently cleaned windows within seven days of service, customers may contact us for a reasonable touch-up assessment.

This guarantee does not apply to dirt, sprinklers, construction debris, hard water stains, or environmental buildup unrelated to rainfall.

7. Liability

While we exercise the highest level of care and professionalism, PureWash LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, oxidation, failed seals, scratches, discoloration, loose screens, cracked glass, damaged gutters, worn surfaces, or defects that become visible during or after cleaning.

We are not liable for damages caused by unsafe property conditions, improper installations, aging materials, defective construction, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers acknowledge that some stains, hard water marks, oxidation, or environmental buildup may not be fully removable.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to inspect and address legitimate service-related concerns.

9. Refusal or Termination of Service

PureWash LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe, hazardous, inaccessible, hostile, or otherwise unsuitable for completing work safely and professionally.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
